Welcome to Cloud Trader Pro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cloud Trader Pro software and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment verification and activation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cloud Trader Pro software for your personal, non-commercial algorithmic trading activities on supported broker platforms (Flattrade, Upstox, & Shoonya). This license is strictly bound and linked to your validated Broker User ID.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF LATENCY OR BROKER GATEWAY ABNORMALITIES. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOUD TRADER PRO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, CAPITAL DRAWDOWNS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. TRADING IN FINANCIAL MARKETS INVOLVES HIGH RISK. ALL CALCULATIONS, SL/TARGET PARAMETERS, AND STRATEGIC TRIGGERS FIRED BY THE SOFTWARE ARE SOLELY THE USER'S DECISIONS.

5. Prohibited Uses

You explicitly agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or adapt any executable segment of the software.
  • Sublicense, lease, rent, redistribute, or resell the application.
  • Violate SEBI guidelines or local exchange laws when whitelisting static IPs or broker connections.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of **Cooch Behar Jurisdiction, West Bengal, India**, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the designated jurisdiction.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the software after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
