01. Direct Payment Protocol

All subscription transactions are processed securely via direct UPI transfer (QR Code scanning or UPI ID entry). Since our systems run directly in your private environment (local machine or cloud server), we do not store credit card credentials or configure auto-debit loops. You are in complete control of when you renew.

Important Reminder: Always double check the direct UPI ID or UPI merchant name before authorizing any payment on your banking app.

02. License Refund Rules

Before Activation

100% Refund Guarantee

If you change your mind after transferring funds but *before* we generate and activate your broker-tied license, we will issue a full refund immediately.

After Activation

Non-Refundable Window

Due to the digital nature of algorithmic licenses and direct configuration costs, subscriptions are non-refundable once the license is issued and linked to your client ID.

03. Custom Strategy Coding Policy

For bespoke strategy builds (Universal Integration or Private Confidential Builds):

  • •Advance Payment: A 50% technical deposit is required to lock development slots and schedule architecture planning.
  • •Cancellation: The deposit is fully refundable *until* custom algorithm architecture specifications are finalized and coding begins. Once development commences, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • •Acceptance Testing: The final 50% balance is settled upon delivery and successful verification inside your live market environment.
  • •Post-Handover Support: Bug fixes related to the original agreed specifications are resolved free of cost. Any requested modifications or new features will be treated as a new scope and billed under a separate agreement.

04. License Generation SLA

Our support team processes billing confirmations manually to maintain security checks. Once you submit a successful UPI payment receipt and your client terminal ID on WhatsApp, license delivery is finalized within 30 minutes.
