01. Direct Payment Protocol
All Private Build transactions, milestone payments, and custom developments are coordinated securely via our official Telegram channels. We do not provide software on monthly rental subscriptions, nor do we store credit card credentials or configure recurring auto-debit loops.
02. Private Build Refund Rules
100% Refund Guarantee
If you cancel before custom system architecture specifications are finalized and coding begins, your technical deposit is refunded in full immediately.
Milestone Governed
Due to the bespoke nature of private algorithmic engineering and dedicated developer allocation, deposits are non-refundable once custom build coding has commenced.
03. Custom Strategy Coding Policy
For bespoke strategy builds (Private Confidential Builds):
- •Advance Payment: A 50% technical deposit is required to lock development slots and schedule architecture planning.
- •Cancellation: The deposit is fully refundable *until* custom algorithm architecture specifications are finalized and coding begins. Once development commences, the deposit is non-refundable.
- •Acceptance Testing: The final 50% balance is settled upon delivery and successful verification inside your live market environment.
- •Post-Handover Support: Bug fixes related to the original agreed specifications are resolved free of cost. Any requested modifications or new features will be treated as a new scope and billed under a separate agreement.
04. License Generation SLA
Our support team processes billing confirmations manually to maintain security checks. Once you submit a successful UPI payment receipt and your client terminal ID on Telegram, license delivery is finalized within 30 minutes.
